Marla Gibbs is an American actress, singer, and comedy writer. Born in 1931, she first appeared onscreen in the 1971 film The Jimmy Stewart Show before starring as Florence Johnston in the hit TV series, The Jeffersons. At the age of 89, Marla is still active in the industry and recently appeared in an episode of Black-ish. She is married to Jordan Gibbs and has two children. Currently, Marla resides in Los Angeles, California where she enjoys spending time with her family and taking part in various charity events.
