In a couple of television mini series, he won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor. In his big film career he has accumulated multiple awards and even more nominations. He is one of a few performers to achieve all three major awards in, two Primetime Emmys, two Tony Awards, and an Academy Award.
