This show lasted 8 years airing from 1984 to 1992 and was considered the biggest hit in the 1980s. This show was loved by soo many that it almost brought back the sitcom genre by itself. This show paved the way for other great shows including The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and In Living Color.
