This is called the Dekotora Diesel truck. It’s a popular design style in Japan, and someone decided to take the design on the road. We have a sinking feeling that this thing is going to evolve into an Autobot any second. That or a carnival ride is going to pop up out of it’s trailer and turn the whole parking lot into a carnival.
