Some time ago, the T on a random coin pressing machine in Kansas got a smudge on it. This accidentally made a batch of the Kansas state quarters read In God We Rust instead of In God We Trust. The problem was quickly rectified, but not before the batch of coins got into public circulation. Today, those coins go for around $100 each.
