7. Clark Gable
Go back a few Hollywood icons further than Steve McQueen and find Clark Gable. He was a huge motorcycle enthusiast. He owned two favorites, a Harley Springer, and Harley Davidson knucklehead. Finding them today can be tough. After all, it is rare to come across a true piece of motorcycle history, but you can sense the Knucklehead is on loan at the Harley Davidson Museum in Hollywood. The 1943 is all black opposed to his 1942 Knucklehead which had a black and white color scheme. Either way, Gable loved to cruise around rural California enjoying the scenery with friends.
