14. Johnny Hallyday
Johnny Hallyday remains synonymous with Harley Davidson. He was a French rocker and real-life gearhead. For more than 50 years he was perched on the handles of Harley Davidson motorcycles, even from his military service when he rode a Hydra-Glide 1200. His collection expanded over the years to include the Milwaukee big twin, Softail Springer, XLCR, Electra Glide, heritage soft tail and night rod. In addition, he owned many European and Japanese motorcycles as well as the Honda CB 750 Four, Kawasaki 900 Z1, and Ducati 996SPS. He died in 2017 of lung cancer. His 1989 Harley was auctioned off for charity posthumously and fetched $298,000. Not bad for the French Elvis!
